One of the largest retail network distribution companies in KSA — 60+ years of operational excellence and 25+ regional offices nationwide.
8 months end-to-end build — discovery, architecture, development, ERP integration, and launch.
FMCG · Retail Distribution · Kingdom of Saudi Arabia & wider GCC region.
Overview
One of the largest retail network distribution companies in KSA required a scalable, non-transactional product catalog website to support product discovery, brand presence, and distributor engagement across the Kingdom and the wider GCC.
Built on WordPress with WooCommerce and Elementor Pro, the platform was engineered as a high-performance digital catalog — optimized for large SKU volumes, Arabic (RTL) users, and mobile-first traffic — without enabling online sales, while preserving full SKU intelligence and distributor workflows.
Problem Statement
The client's legacy website held back digital growth across three critical fronts:
Slow & Unresponsive Legacy Site: The existing platform suffered from poor load times and could not scale to support a growing FMCG product portfolio.
Poor Mobile & Arabic UX: The site failed to serve mobile users and Arabic-speaking audiences effectively, limiting reach across KSA and the GCC.
Weak Product Discovery: As a non-commerce catalog, the site underperformed at helping distributors and end-users find the right products quickly.
The client needed more than a redesign. They needed a purpose-built digital catalog engine — fast, multilingual, ERP-connected, and engineered for product discovery rather than transactions.
